Summary Supreme Court has returned petition filed against rejection of two additional judges.
These judges have been rejected by the Parliamentary Committee, while the Supreme Court has directed them to take the matter to the High Court.The SC four-member bench led by Justice MA Shahid Siddiqui conducted hearing of the writ filed by the Sindh High Court Bar.The Judicial Commission had recommended additional judges of the Sindh High Court be made permanent, but the PC blocked their cases.Justice Khawaja Jawad S Khawaja asked the two judges to move their case in the High Court against Parliamentary Committee’s decision.
