Business centers and bazaars remain closed. The step comes after a suicide bomber blew himself and his companion in Mingora, Swat on Thursday. Meantime, a third terrorist was killed in firing by police personnel in the area. Two other two terrorists have been arrested. Also, some security personnel were injured in the action.According to details, security forces, after they received a tip-off regarding the presence of a suicide bomber along with his partners in Pahari Pathanay in suburbs of Mingora cordoned off the entire area and started a search operation.Two security personnel were injured in exchange of fire during search operation and two other injured terrorists were arrested.Finding his associates in police custody a suicide bomber who was holed up in a nearby house, blew up himself and his partner.Security forces arranged a visit for local journalists to the area where operation was conducted; later the incharge of Mingora Brigade, Brigadier Sajjad briefed the media about details of operation.Brig Sajjad told the journalists that 20 other suspects were arrested during the operation and shifted them to undisclosed place for investigation. He said forces would try to reach other terrorists who were operating in the valley on information provided by detained militants.Brig Sajjad said a soldier was martyred and some others had sustained injuries during operation.He said curfew was imposed for protecting the citizens and to avoid civilian casualties. Brig Sajjad said curfew would be left as soon as situation becomes normal.He told the media a successful operation was conducted in Char Bagh where heavy weapons and tones of explosive were seized.
