While hearing the case against illegal demolition of dykes, Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammaed Chaudhry heading 3-member bench rejected the report filed by Sindh Irrigation Department.The court observed that in the light of the Flood Commission report, action should have been taken against the responsible. He also observed that according to Marvi Memon the flood victims in Sanghar got Rs 11 each in aid. The hearing was adjourned to Monday on the request of the Sindh government.
