Summary LHC has adjourned the hearing on plea against PM under article 6 of the Constitution.
The court has directed the government to submit answer on October 4.The Petitioner A K Dogar has prayed that Prime Minister was responsible for the rift between the judiciary and the government by not implementing the decisions of the apex court. It was prayed that SHC should issue an order to institute a case under article 6 of the constitution.On government’s request, Justice Umar Ata Bundial has given more time to submit the answer.
