Judges should not wish for reappointment: CJP

Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry said that judges get a lot of facilities after retirement therefore they should not have longing for reemployment.Addressing to new judicial year ceremony CJ said that deviation from constitution deteriorated the political stability and national interest. Judiciary, through just decision, paved the way for good governance.“We will have been performing our duties by working above the personal liking and disliking,” he said adding, judicial commission is performing better for appointments of judges.
