Summary Malik pledges that soon centre would deliver more resources to Sindh to quell miscreants.
Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah, Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik and Sindh Home Minister have decided in a meeting that the Army would not be called in Karachi.Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah and Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik jointly chaired a high level meeting in Sindh Chief Minister’s House. The Sindh police inspector general, the Sindh Rangers director general and other high officials were also present in the meeting.The meeting was briefed about the security situation of Karachi.Interior Minister Rehman Malik said that soon the federal government would provide more resources to Sindh to cope with the miscreants.He said that 15 armoured vehicles would be delivered to Sindh in 15 days and quick information sharing network would be established between intelligence and police.
