Summary Election Commission, while rejecting the appeal, has ordered to register a case against MPA.
The Election Commission (EC) has rejected the appeal of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa MPA Khalifa Abdul Qayyum in fake degree case and ordered to register a case against him.Khalifa Abdul Qayyum had filed an appeal against the inquiry committee decision which declared his religious seminary degree as fake. The Election Commission rejected his appeal in the case.
