Summary PML-F chief Pir Pagara said that if Army was called in Karachi, martial law would be next to come.
There is no solution to the problems faced by the country, said Pagara.However, Awami League chief Shaikh Rashid said that the power of decision-making should be handed over to a single man to restore peace in the metropolis.Sheikh Rashid called on Pir Sahib at Kingri House to discuss the current crisis which has paralysed the entire province.While talking to the media, Pagara said that September could prove dangerous but the government would remain intact. The future of Nawaz Sharif is dark, that’s why he is demanding new elections, said Pagara.He suggested that if Karachi is made new capital of the country, the demand for new province would perish.Sheikh Rashid said that if peace and prosperity of Karachi stayed affected, democracy cannot survive.He said that new election would shake the foundations of the country; if it was so good, Nawaz should have been in the Assembly today.
