Summary A man alleged as a close fellow of Baitullah Mehsood was released within few hours of his arrest.
The CID police in Karachi claimed to arrest Fazl Hussain Mehsood, an alleged commander of the banned outfit, Tehreek-e-Taliban.Meanwhile, SP CID Fayaz Hussain also released photos of the accused to the media and even declared him as close fellow of Baitullah Mehsood. But surprisingly, the accused, who was also declared as dangerous, was released on bail within few hours of his arrest by the court of Judicial Magistrate Afzal Roshan.According to the sources, only a case of possessing illegal weapons was registered against accused Fazal Hussain Mehsood who was later released on bail in this case.
