Come on in: Zafar Qureshi resumes duty as FIA Additional DG

Qureshi is investigating into the National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) scam case.Earlier on Saturday, he was stopped from attending his first day in office when security officials barred him from entering the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) building after a hoax call regarding a bomb.Stringent security measures were taken on Qureshis arrival to the office to assume the charge.Assistant Director Mohammad Ahmed was the only investigating officer present when Qureshi reached the office. The other four officers were absent due to personal reasons.Qureshi was reinstated to his post last week after the Supreme Court quashed his July 4 suspension order.
