Summary The Lahore High Court has adjourned hearing indefinitely on plea to institute a case against PM.
The petitioner A K Dogar has argued that Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani was the reason behind the conflict bestrewn the superior judiciary and the government. The government is not implementing the decisions of the Supreme Court, while in public circles PM claims the court orders are being implemented, it was further argued.The petitioner said as such the nation was being deceived, misled and PM was resorting to contempt of court and proceedings under section six of the Constitution should be started against him.Justice Umar Ata Bundial said reference against PM could be filed by the official of the government. The court allowed the petitioner to amend the petition and adjourned the hearing indefinitely.
