Summary The number of patients suffering from dengue fever in Punjab has reached 61.
In Lahore the number of patients suffering from dengue virus is increasing very sharply and according to statistics, so far 48 cases of dengue patients have been reported in different hospitals of the city. However, a total of 61 dengue patients have been reported in the province. Three more patients were admitted to the Ganga Ram Hospital on Thursday while blood of two patients was sent to laboratory for test.It was also confirmed that Idrees, a resident of Walton, was suffering from dengue. Meanwhile, separate wards for dengue patients have been established in all major hospitals.
