Applicant A K Dogar argued Prime Minister Gilani was responsible for the conflict between the government and the judiciary.Though PM always reiterates in public to abide by the court verdicts but in reality nothing was being done in this regard. The applicant alleged the nation was misled through lies which tantamount to defamation of the court, hence a case under section 6 of the constitution be instituted against the prime minister.
