Foreign hand involved in Karachi unrest be chopped off: Fazl

Talking to the media outside the Parliament House, he said that if a foreign hand was involved in creating law and order situation in Karachi, it is government’s responsibility to chop off that hand.He said if all the provinces fulfill their responsibilities under the 18th amendment, there wasn’t any harm in creating new provinces.He said creation of new provinces is a constitutional issue, but it would have to be seen whether all provinces are discharging their responsibilities as per the 18th amend. He said just utilization of resources for public welfare should be each province’s priority.
