Summary The Home Department prevented 22 banned outfits from collecting donations during Ramazan.
According to the list issued by the department, 22 outfits have been barred from collecting any type of charity while one has been placed under observation.The organisations barred include Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, Lashkar-e-Mohammad, Jaish-e-Mohammed, Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jamaat-ud-Dawa.Five banned organisations of Balochistan include Balochistan Republican Army, Balochistan Liberation Front, Lashkar-e-Pakistan and Balochistan Liberation United Front have been prevented from collecting donation. While Sunni Tehreek has been put under observation.Any violation will be dealt with severe legal action and cases will be registered under the Anti-Terrorism Act against the activists.
