If somebody would like to have an in-house change, he has right to do so but no body should oppose the federation with hyperbolic statements, Latif Khosa said.He expressed these views while talking to media in Lahore and said that all the institutions should remain within their limitations and avoid confrontation.The Government has been champion of the rule of the law. The judiciary is also conscious of the reality that all the matters should be dealt in accordance with the law.Khosa said that the government was the competent authority to post any officer as OSD. Nobody had ordered the Secretary Establishment to issue such order; he himself issued notification, transgressing his powers, he said.According to rule, Khosa said, Secretary Establishment is not authorised to transfer any officer above grade-20.While criticising the PML-N, he said that the people who threw stones on the court building were making hew and cry for nothing. Everybody knows to what extent they have upheld the court’s prestige, he concluded.
