Saleem Shahzad case: FIA refuses to give e-mails password

Summary SC's Justice Javaid Iqbal chaired the meeting of the Saleem Shahzad murder commission.

The FIA informed the commission that the family of deceased would have to contact a foreign company to get the password of Saleem Shahzad’s e-mail.Talking to the media after meeting, Federal Information Secretary Taimur Azmat said that the FIA Cyber Crime had informed that they were unable to get the password and Saleem’s family would have to contact the service provider to get the password.Azmat said that he had recorded the statements of journalists Imtiaz Alam and Qamar Qamar Yousafzai, while Absar Ala would present its statement in the next meeting of the commission. He said that Islamabad IG Binyamin briefed the meeting about the progress of the case.PFUJ President Shoukat Pervaiz told the media that the commission had summoned the doctors who conduct autopsy of Saleem.
