Summary Sindh Police IG Wajid Durrani ruled out calling Army in Karachi and said this is civilian issue.
Talking to media in Sukkur, the Sindh IG said that the Friday’s incidents cannot be termed as target killing as it was a clash between two groups.Durrani added that the situation worsened in Kati Pahari area due to land mafia.
