Summary Secret report of an attempt to smuggle 144kg heroin to China has been presented before NA.
The report has been presented before the National Assembly Standing Committee for Oversees Pakistanis.This huge quantity of heroin was going to be smuggled hidden in cotton bags purchased from Faisalabad.Various smugglers from Peshawar, Khyber Agency and Afghanistan were involved in the bid while Chinese girls were supporting them.Smugglers succeeded in cheating the Pakistani officials but Chinese employees recovered heroin when ship harboured at a Chinese port.The Chinese girls were arrested on the spot while one accused, Abdul Khaliq, was arrested in Pakistan.
