Summary AJK Legislative Assembly polling on two seats LA-30 and LA-36 in Karachi would be held on July 20.
MQ had protested against the postponement of elections on the both seats.According to AJK election commissioner, no change would be made in the polling scheme. Muslim Conference has withdrawn its candidates in favour of MQM.After this announcement, MQM candidates Tahir Khokhar’s position in LA-30 has firmed while MQM’s candidate Saleem Butt’s position is better in LA-36.The number of polling stations in LA-30 is 199 while in LA-36 it is 34.
