Summary ATC has postponed the hearing of the Mumbai attack case till July 19.
The court issued notice to the counsel for the defendant to appear in the next hearing. The FIA had requested the court to initiate the hearing of the case early as two years have passed since the start of the case. A case should be disposed off within a year under the National Judicial Policy, while the Anti-Terrorism Act entails daily hearing.The hearing was adjourned for the absence of the counsel for the defendant.
