NA Standing Committee for verification of engineers degrees

The meeting of the committee was held under the chair of Abdul Khaliq Pirzada. The committee discussed in detail the election of the Pakistan Engineering Council and other issues.The committee also ordered the PEC to call for the meeting of the governing body till September 10.It has also directed the governing body to form an election committee comprising six members and arrange elections of the council in January 2012.The committee was told that voters lists had been finalised and 100,000 out of 127,000 voters would cast their vote as per schedule.
