Summary PAC has asked all ministries to submit report of projects run by foreign aid.
The Public Accounts Committee asked why bureaucracy had no interest in public welfare projects. Federal Auditor Syed Gulzar informed the committee that there was no system to monitor foreign funds. He said that the World Bank had given Rs 1 trillion over the last decade and all the amount was distributed among NGOs without audit.
