Sarfarz murder case: Sindh Prosecutor General called to court

This step was taken on a petition for referral of the case of Rangers personnel to the session court.Sindh HC division bench heard the case where the accused lawyer Muhammad Alam Raizwi said that the SC had not ordered transferring the case to the ATC.The lawyer argued that hearing of the case in ATC was not only illegal but also constituted contempt of court.At this, the court asked if TV footage caused terror and panic in the public; why Anti Terrorism Act can’t be applied. The hearing was adjourned due to the absence of the defence lawyer.
