Summary Many houses were collapsed in the earthquake in mountainous region of Sorab in Kalat.
An earthquake, measuring 4.9 on Richter scale, rattled Sorab at 6:40am on Tuesday. Panic gripped the area after the quake and people came out of their houses. According to information, many houses were collapsed due to earthquake. However, no causality was reported from the area. Many earthquakes have been recorded in the mountainous regions of Molni and Darozai in Sorab during the current year.
