Summary Moonis Elahi filed a writ petition in the Court and prayed to be declared innocent in the NICL case.
According to writ petition, PML-Q member Provincial Assembly Moonis Elahi said that all the witnesses had recanted from their testimony which was enough to prove that he was trapped in fake and fabricated cases under revengeful tactics.He prayed to the court to declare him innocent.
