Summary ATC has reserved the judgment on the petitions for transfer of Sarfraz case to the session court.
The accused Rangers were brought in Anti Terrorism Court headed by Session Judge Bashir Ahmad Khoso.The defense lawyers argued for their stance and said that media has not reported the incidents of this mishap as a whole. They alleged that victim had not only looted a family but also tried to snatch away the rifle of a Ranger’s jawan.The court reserved the judgment after listing the defense lawyers.
