The hearing was held in the court of Justice Muhammad Athar Saeed of Sindh High Court against alleged government interference and the postponement of elections for the Azad Jammu & Kashmir Legislative Assembly seats in Karachi.Justice Athar Saeed remarked that either the Sindh government provide safety to the Kashmiri refugees or convince them that it could not conduct elections.The court directed Assistant Advocate General to contact Sindh IG and Interior Secretary and inform them about the court directions.The court Summoned Sindh IG and adjourned the hearing till Monday.
