Summary Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has stressed the need for bench-bar coordination.
Addressing the oath taking ceremony of new office-bearers of Islamabad Bar Association, Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry said that the Islamabad High Court was dissolved in the decision of July 31 because its formation was unconstitutional.The CJP said that the lower courts were base of the judicial system and they could reduce the burden of work on the higher courts by functioning efficiently.
