Summary Federal government said that it had not received any petition for arrest of Bugti killers.
It was said during the hearing of the Bugti murder case in the Quetta High Court.Maulvi Malook, the clerk who led funeral prayer for Bugti, said that he had not seen the dead body of Bugti.The bench comprising Chief Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail and Justice Hashim Kakar showed their resentment over investigation team and said that it seemed that it was making fun of the court and the people.The doctor who completed legal formalities before Bugti’s burial also recorded his statements.The court also ordered ex-DCO Samad Lasi, Maulvi Maluk and the doctor to appear in the court on next hearing as well.
