Summary Electronics equipment worth millions of rupees was reduced to ashes due to blaze.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Fire erupted at an electronics market warehouse located in Saddar area of Karachi on Friday night which spread and engulfed the entire building very quickly, Dunya News reported.
Three vehicles of fire brigade reached the spot after being informed and brought the under control after an effort of one hour. According to Fire Officer Abdul Ahad, three fire fighters also fell unconscious during rescue operation and were shifted to hospital
Fire brigade sources said that electronics equipment worth millions of rupees was reduced to ashes due to blaze. No casualty was reported in the incident. The cause of fire is not yet known.
