ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Federal Board of Revenue has set up special committees headed by Grade-21 and Grade-22 officers to deal with taxpayers grievances, Dunya News reported on Friday.
Furthermore, in the event of a complaint by the taxpayer against any FBR employee, the complaint may be forwarded directly to the Integrity Management Cell FBR Headquarters.
According to details, the application must contain the complainant s name, ID card number, phone number, address and affidavit. The complainant can also send complaint by post to online complaint portal, Chairman FBR, In charge Integrity Management Cell or Chairperson Regional Integrity Committee.
