Summary If Federation's arguments are accepted, the case will have to be referred to trial court, says CJP.

Attorney General Maulvi Anwarul Haq said that original documentations of Shafi-ur-Rehman Commission report were missing.Full bench of the SC, headed by CJP Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, conducted the hearing of the Bhutto Reference. Federation ’s lawyer Babar Awan was of the view that the judges were not impartial in the said case; they, rather, violated fundamental human rights of Bhutto. The CJP remarked that a case could be reopened if some new dimensions appear.Punjab Advocate General Khawaja Haris said there were five complaints against Bhutto while they trace record of only three. Maulvi Anwarul Haq would start his arguments by tomorrow.
