Summary MQM has filed a constitutional petition against polls on two Karachi seats.
The writ petition was filed by Saleem Butt and Tahir Khokhar. Federal, provincial government, Election Commission and IG Sindh have been made respondents. The petition says PPP sought one out of two Kashmir seats in Karachi.On being refused, the polls on both the seats were postponed. All the political parties have expressed reservations over the polls, so they should be declared null and void, seeks the petition.
