Summary An Anti-Terrorism Court has acquitted a man accused of killing Minorities Minister Shahbaz Bhatti.
During the proceedings, Judge Pervaiz Ali asked the police to provide details of the investigation conducted thus far into the Shahbaz Bhatti murder case.Police had earlier managed to get physical remand for the accused, Hafiz Nazar, citing legal formalitiesPolice said they had arrested Nazar on the basis of a statement by a witnesses in the case, Tahir Naveed Bhatti.On Saturday, police presented the accused in the court and sought extension in the remand, which the court refused.
