Govt announces Muharram public holidays

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Government on Tuesday announced public holiday across the country on 9th and 10th Muharram.

The Ministry of Interior has issued the notification of public holidays on 29th and 30th August on the occasion of Ashura (9th and 10th Muharram).

According to the notification, all private and government offices, educational institutes, business and other activities would remain shut during the two days.
