He has been jobless for the last four years and he has 5 children. His case was being heard by the federal tribunal. He also submitted applications to the Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaduhry.Assad said he wanted to meet the CJP but was not allowed, upon which he tried to end his life. He has been admitted to PIMS Hospital.
