National Assembly’s session was held under the chair of Dr Fahmida Mirza. Taking part in the budget debate, Khawaja Saad Rafiq said that prices of daily use items and power had increased due to withdrawal of subsidy. Journalists walked out of the session in protest against Saleem Shahzad’s killing.
