KARACHI (Dunya News) – One person was killed when some unidentified persons opened fire at the car of Assistant Commissioner FBR Nisar Ahmed Marri in Al-Asif Square in Sohrab Goth area of Karachi on Tuesday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, the car of Assistant Commissioner FBR bearing government number plate was stopped the change a punctured tyre when some unidentified persons riding on a motorcycle open fire, killing one person on the spot.
The deceased was identified as Mukhtar Ahmed Marri who is stated the be a close relative of Nisar Ahmed Marri. Assistant Commissioner FBR Nisar Ahmed Marri also sustained injuries in the attack.
Police reached the spot after the incident and launched an investigation.
