Summary Parliamentary Committee has rejected Justice Fazal-ul-Rehmans name for Federal Shariat Court.
Talking to the media after the meeting of the Parliamentary Committee, PC Chairman Nayyar Bukhari said that the judicial commission had recommended three names for the Shariat Court.He stated that the committee had given approval of Justice Rizwan Ali and Justice Fida Muhammad, adding that Justice Fazal-ul-Rehman’s name had been rejected as he had took oath as member of Election Commission of Pakistan.
