Summary Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani has promoted eight officers to the BS-22.
Those who have been promoted include Amin Hasim and Hamayun Raza Shafi from Police Service, Hafeez Ur Rehman, Imtiaz Hussain Kazi, Mohammad Siddiq Akbar and Prince Abbas Khan from District Management Group, Aziz Ahmed Bilour from Inland Revenue Service and Mansoor Suhail from Information Department.Defence Production Additional Secretary Nasir Mahmood has been given charge of secretary Defence Production. The PM has also appointed Sohail Ahmed as Secretary Establishment. Present Secretary Establishment Abdul Rauf will retire after attaining the age of 60 on July 6th.
