Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Rana Nisar Ahmed Khan resumed the hearing of Benazir assassination case in Adiala Jail on Saturday.Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Director General Malik Iqbal and Investigation Officer Khalid Rasool presented a report about the advertisements, which were published to ensure Musharraf’s appearance in the court.Later, the court sought details of Musharraf’s moveable and immoveable assets after the FIA prosecutors pleaded for the court orders to confiscate his property. The case has been adjourned until June 25.Talking to the media, FIA prosecutor Chaudhry Zulfiqar said that proceedings against Musharraf would also be held under section 88 while he would also be separated from the other accused who would be indicted in the next hearing.
