A Special Banking Court indicted Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid leader Moonis in the National Insurance Corporation Limited (NICL) case on Saturday.Moonis lawyers sought the copies of the eight witnesses who had backed down from their statements, saying they (the witnesses) were forced to give statements against Moonis.The court summoned the witnesses on June 16.The judge said that the case would be decided in accordance with the law and constitution.Earlier, the lawyers pleaded that the challan of the case was incomplete as they had not been given the statements made by witnesses against Moonis.
