Five killed, 10 injured as van overturns on Sialkot Motorway

SHEIKHUPURA (Dunya News) – Five people lost their lives and 10 others sustained serious injuries as a passenger van overturned on Sialkot Motorway.

According to details, the van collided with the traffic barrier on the side of the road and flipped over.

Rescue teams rushed to the place of incident and operation is underway to recover the injured.

Earlier today, a passenger bus flipped over and seven passengers lost their lives while 35 other sustained injuries.

The unfortunate incident occurred on Rango Bridge on Khanewal National Highway. Rescue teams rushed to the place of the incident as soon as report was received and rescued the injured after a two hours long operation and shifted them to District Hospital and Nishter Hospital Multan.
