BADBAIR (Dunya News) – A police official was martyred when some unidentified persons opened fire in Badbair, a suburban area of Peshawar, on Tuesday night, Dunya News reported.
According to details, Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) Niaz Ali was going home after offering prayers at a mosque when some unidentified persons opened fire and killed him on the spot. The attackers managed to escape from the scene after the incident.
A heavy contingent of police reached the spot after the incident and cordoned off the area and launched a search operation to nab the culprits. The dead body of police official was shifted to hospital.
