Summary A PIA Boeing 737 escaped air crash in Oman on Monday.

A Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight PK-229 was going from Lahore to Muscat when the aviation officials advised the pilot to bring the plane at 34,000 feet from 16,000 feet. No sooner the PIA pilot brought the plane to 30,000 feet, he saw another plane coming from the opposite side.The plane’s monitor control system raised alarm and the pilot elevated the plane to 36,000 feet. A complaint has been lodged with the Muscat Aviation Authority about the mistake of their control tower.
