PPP issues Punjab Govts progress report

Basra exposed in his progress report that Shahbaz Sharif had participated only seven times in the session of the Punjab Assembly during three years. He added that the Punjab government could not materialise the project of converting 8- Club Road into IT University. Millions of rupees have been wasted on sasti roti scheme.As far as Punjab Food Support programme is concerned, its performance is also nill. Funds of Rs 1.2 billon for health could also not be utilised properly.He pointed out that special funds issued for 1309 schools were embezzled. He was of the view that if the Punjab government avoid foreign aid , 14 huge projects worth Rs 50 billion would be affected badly.
