Chief Justice for law reforms

Chief Justice SC Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry expressed these views while heading a meeting on Law and Justice Commission.Chief Justices of five High Courts as well as Chief Justice Federal Shariat Court also participated the meeting.Apart from Attorney General, Secretary Law, Justice(R) Bhagwandas was also present in the meeting.The session would reflect over the recommendations of law reform committee comprised Rana Bagwandas, Aitzaz Hassan and Qazi Jamil. While expressing his thoughts, Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry stressed the need for law reforms and said that the commission was authorized to do so.The CJ concluded that provision of justice could be made well and better by adopting case management.
