Summary The formation of the probe commission on Abbottabad has been challenged in the Lahore High Court.
The petitioner, Advocate Rana Ilmuddin Ghazi, said that the opposition had not been consulted in the formation of the commission. He pleaded that the commission should be formed under the chair of the chief justice of Pakistan.He said that how a prime minister, who had declared the operation as a great achievement, could form an investigation commission.He also pleaded that the incumbent and retired judges of the superior judiciary should be inducted into the commission.
