ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan turned down advice of International Monetary Fund (IMF) and reduced prices of petroleum products.

According to sources, International Monetary Fund and Finance Ministry wanted to increase prices of electricity and petroleum products, but Prime Minister rejected demand of these departments and reduced petroleum prices by Rs7.

PM Imran Khan also ruled out possibility of mini-budget and said that government wants to provide relief to masses.

PM also said that government will also cut prices of electricity and Sui gas in near future.
